Even though we only got a slight dusting, it was still nice to wake up and see snow this morning. So nice that I made it a self-imposed snow day. Well, that and I'm still recovering from when I fell ill on Sunday night.
psssshhfftt. i know you lived in Ohio, so you at least know what real snow looks like. that was an angel dusting his shoulders off on your front lawn, that's what that was.

Noah - I think it was the flu. I later found out that my mom and grandma - who I spent the previous two days with - both had the flu around the same time I fell ill.
wh1skeylover - And it was quite tasty! Still, I don't think I'm due for another serving until at least, oh, February 2014.
Denae - It was briefly glorious, but not enough, dammit!
jasdye - Around here you just be thankful for what you do get. There are several reasons why I'd move back to Ohio (family & friends, NHL team, the Buckeyes), but snow is among the top of the list.
I WISH we had that much snow. With the amount of snow we have here now, I can't really see around the snow banks when I'm backing my car out of the driveway. It makes for exciting times.

Too much Bacon Explosion? My stomach felt a little loopy Sunday night but it never got out of control.
Let's not go blaming the bacon explosion. I had at least three pieces and I remain fit as a fiddle.
