Spoiler alert
After reading a couple of mini-treatises regarding spoilers (found here and here) - which I am in complete agreement with - I figured that I'd add my own lil' rant: As much as I think DVRs are the bee's knees, I hate how they are changing the TV viewing society. I will only say this once: just because you haven't watched a program that you recorded doesn't mean others can't discuss it in detail. The same goes for movies.
That is all.
Note: This mini-rant is not directed at any one person in particular, but applies to more annoying members of message board and forum communities.

Kind of like when I was discussing GWTW with Laura and I mentioned Melly's death in front of CW. He covered his ears very quickly.
Well, that movie is only 70 years old. :)
"The kid's therapist is a ghost."
That is probably the movie I accidentally spoil the most. It's been out for years! Geez. And yet *I* feel guilty for spoiling it.
It's amazing that there are still people out there who don't know the ending of The Sixth Sense (even if they had never seen the movie).
Funny thing about that graphic I found: everyone tells me Donnie Darko is awesome, so it's been on my "to watch" list. Now I don't have to!
what about that movie, Titanic? what happens there? that boat's sure a powerful one, eh?
re: donnie darko. now i really don't have to watch that one. couldn't stand the whiny little brat when i did try to watch it anyway.
The Titanic safely reaches port and the chick marries the cliched upper class jerk.
I dunno...maybe I'll give Donnie Darko a shot at some point. After all, the director's a hometown boy.
I love that graphic!
And it's so sad about M. Night Shamalamadingdong (never having made another decent film). I usually figure EVERYTHING out in the first 1/2 hour, but I can honestly say that The Sixth Sense sucker-punched me big time. I was so glad I didn't know.
I saw the trailer for the new M.Night movie before Iron Man...I kind of want to see it. I know, I know. The Village and Lady in the Water were steaming loads, so I should know better. Battered Viewer Syndrome, I guess.
