Micahpalooza '06: The Aftermath
G. Love wailing on his harmonica.
The G. Love & Special Sauce concert was excellent. Their performance was great and was only enhanced by the fun people watching (LOTS of hippies and stoners). A cover of "Gin and Juice" was among the highlights. With a few songs left in the encore, the security guy waived my 10 year old nephew and me into the VIP area - we were right in front of the stage. Good times.
Speaking of hippies, here's my brother twirling...
Truckin'.
Many good meals over the weekend: crab cakes at the Boathouse with the fam, copious amounts of meat at the Ipanema Grill* with spydrz and herodotus, and a firey poo poo platter at Tiki-Tiki with my surrogate family (that'd be shamrock's mom and sister). Paging Dr. Funk of Tahiti...
Thanks to everyone for making my second 29th birthday very special. Let's hope I live until next August.
*An inspiration for a new MW feature, yet to be revealed.

Boathouse pizza is excellent.
I just saw the fine print. If I guess correctly, do I get a free meal at the original Wendy's?
Nope. You'd probably only be half-right, anyway. Just hold your horses. I'm still developing a title for the feature.
I can't spell it anyway.
Thx a lot, "Mitch"; so no I'm just shamrock's sister. Where's the love? And after defiling my post name...I thought I meant something to you. Guess we'll have to see if shamrock's bf gets invited to Mandyfest. : )
"shamrocks BoyFriend?"
Aw, c'mon. You know that you're more than just a footnote. You cook for me!
