The local Jeep dealer (also DC of course) was selling those for a while. I take that back...they had them out on display, but nobody bought them.
If I was a loaded UR undergrad, I'd totally get one of those for tooling around on campus. Walking is for chumps.
Nah, Juan would just've flipped it over in front of the MRC.
If it was during the fall, he'd be quite protected because he'd be wearing "everything he has", which would provide adequate cushioning.
